Governor of Pennsylvania

Stacy Garrity

Stacy Garrity has never backed down from a fight—whether serving in uniform overseas, leading in the boardroom, or protecting taxpayer dollars as Pennsylvania's Treasurer. As Treasurer, Stacy has saved taxpayers nearly $200 million by eliminating fraud, abuse, and inefficiency in government. She brought private-sector discipline to public office, rooting out waste and demanding transparency and accountability. Under her leadership, the Treasury has returned over $1 billion in unclaimed property to hardworking Pennsylvanians and saved families millions through smart management of programs like PA 529 College & Career Savings and PA ABLE.

Stacy has also prioritized returning dignity and honor to veterans and their families—returning more than 450 military medals, including 11 Purple Hearts and 3 Bronze Stars, that had been forgotten in state vaults.

A proud ally of President Trump, Stacy shares his commitment to putting Americans first. She supports protecting healthcare and welfare benefits for our most vulnerable citizens, while making sure government works for the people—not the other way around.

Known as a watchdog for the taxpayer and a champion of commonsense leadership, Stacy is now running for Governor to take her fight to the next level. She's more interested in raising hope than raising taxes—and she's ready to make Pennsylvania a place where businesses thrive, families flourish, and every dollar is respected.

A native of Bradford County and a graduate of Bloomsburg University, Stacy has never forgotten where she came from. She brings grit, integrity, and a deep love of Pennsylvania to everything she does—and she's just getting started.

Jason attended Allegheny College where he graduated magna cum laude, which earned him Phi Beta Kappa honors. Additionally, Jason became a three-time NCAA Academic All-American wrestler and finished his collegiate wrestling career as only the third wrestler in Allegheny College history with 100 wins.

After college, Richey worked his way through law school in part as a union worker at an Aliquippa steel mill. After graduating from the Ohio State College of Law, he returned home to Pittsburgh to practice law.

For three decades, Richey has built a successful legal practice and gained a reputation as one of the toughest litigators in the country. He has represented large and small manufacturing, construction and energy companies throughout the world as well as representing the highest profile professional wrestling organization. Richey has also represented companies to uncover government corruption and procurement irregularities at state and local governments throughout the country.

Richey has also dedicated his time giving back to his community. Richey founded the Quaker Valley Wrestling Association for the good of children, the school district and his community. He partnered with friends that had young children in the Quaker Valley School District to bring a competitive community wrestling program available to all kids, including girls, to fruition.

He currently serves as Pastor of First Immanuel Baptist Church, Ward Leader of the 17th Ward, and a Block Captain with the Philadelphia More Beautiful Committee — roles that reflect his deep commitment to strengthening neighborhoods from the ground up. Todd is also a proud father to Tiffany and grandfather to Aliyah and JoLe, and he believes the future of Pennsylvania depends on the decisions we make today for the next generation.

Having lived in Philadelphia his entire life, Todd has witnessed the city through seasons of progress and periods of challenge. He has seen firsthand how policy decisions — good and bad — directly impact families, small businesses, schools, and public safety. Those experiences have shaped his conviction that leadership must be practical, accountable, and rooted in the needs of everyday people.

Todd is running for Pennsylvania State Senate in the 4th District to fight for the residents of Greater Philadelphia — to advocate for responsible policy, stronger communities, and opportunities that allow families to thrive.

This campaign is about unity, not division. It is a movement open to all — left, right, and everywhere in between. People of every background, faith, and neighborhood. Civility matters. Respect matters. And bringing people together to solve problems matters.

Todd Johnson isn't running to make noise — he's running to make a difference.
